• On the web, the activation fee and first month are free. SIM €10, with €5 of traffic included.

•  The 100GB offer is available by activating TIM Ricarica Automatica [TIM Automatic Top-Up], the free TIM service allowing payment for the line via direct debit, which must remain active for the entire duration of the offer. To find out more, click here.

• If you choose to renew the plan using residual credit, the offer is for 70GB.
 

• The TIM International reduced rates for calls from Italy to the countries shown in the table, starting from 1 cent per minute, are limited to 1,000 minutes per month. Over and above this, the TIM basic international tariffs will apply. TIM basic international rates also apply to countries not included in the table
 

• TIM Cards that have active offers with renewals using residual credit must have sufficient credit to cover the cost of the renewal (on the day the offer renews). If there is not enough credit on the TIM Card, the offer will be suspended and renewed at the next top-up that brings the credit over or equal to the cost of the renewal. The suspension period will last for 180 days from the date of the first missed renewal, after which the offer will be deactivated.

However, except for other offers active on the line, any remaining credit on the TIM Card can still be used for browsing, making calls and sending text messages according to the conditions envisaged by the basic plan. If the remaining credit is used up, the TIM Card can only receive calls and text messages and make emergency calls until the next top-up.

• The offer is valid for foreign rechargeable customers born abroad, who activate a new line.

• The offer is activated within 48 hours of the request at the latest.

• LoSai, ChiamaOra is included and free.

• You can take advantage of the offer if you have credit on your TIM Card.

The offer is for a fixed term for a duration of 12 months with automatic renewal every month (offer contents included) for 11 times. The offer is renewed within a maximum of 4 hours from midnight of the expiry date and is confirmed with an SMS. Any calls made before the option is renewed are charged according to the basic tariff plan; while for any Internet browsing, the basic Flat Day rate is applied.

At the end of the 12 months, unless cancelled, the offer continues at a cost of 8.99 euros each month. Or it is possible to repurchase it for a further 1 2 months within 30 days of expiry. If the repurchase occurs before the expiration date, the customer can use the remaining minutes, SMS and Giga of Internet browsing until the expiration date. The second and subsequent repurchases of TIM International Pack are only possible after the expiration date.

• The offer is valid for non-Italian customers who were born abroad, have prepaid mobile phone plans and who activate a new line. 
 

• The minutes of traffic included in the offer are valid for national traffic and the roaming traffic generated from EU countries to all mobile numbers and all landline numbers in Italy and EU countries and do not contribute to the discount and bonus thresholds linked to other offers.
 

• Calls to Decade 1, 4 and 8 numbers and international calls made from Italy to EU countries and the Rest of the World are excluded.
 

• The talk minutes included in the offer are calculated using the effective seconds of talk without the set-up charge.
 

• For countries not included in the international minutes and for minutes exceeding the offer package, the TIM International Base [TIM International Basic] reduced rates will apply from Italy to Abroad. This TIM offer is reserved for non-Italian customers for making calls at a reduced rate from Italy to Abroad and is activated free of charge at the same time as activation of TIM International Pack with no monthly fees. • TIM basic international rates apply to countries not included in the table.

• In the event of deactivation of TIM International Base [TIM International Basic], the above international rates will apply for calls from Italy to Abroad.

• The offer can be used if there is credit on the TIM Card.


· The offer is open-ended for a duration of 12 months with automatic renewal each month (offer contents included), for 11 times. The offer renews within a maximum of 4 hours from midnight on the expiry date and is confirmed by SMS. Any calls made before the option renews are charged according to the basic tariff plan; while the Flat Day basic tariff applies for any Internet browsing.
 

· Upon expiry after 12 months, the offer will continue at the cost of 8.99 euros per month, unless terminated. Otherwise, it is possible to repurchase the offer for more 12 months within 30 days of expiry. If the repurchase is made before the expiry, the customer can use the remaining minutes, SMS and GB of internet until the expiry date. The second and subsequent repurchases of TIM International Pack are only possible after expiry.
 

· Plan activation takes place within a maximum of 48 hours from the request.
 

• The offer will be available within a maximum of 4 hours from midnight on the monthly payment date and will be confirmed by SMS. Any usage before confirmation of the offer’s availability is received will be charged according to the basic rate plan.
 

• Unused content will be lost at the end of the period.
 

• LoSai, ChiamaOra is included for free.
 

• Activation and subsequent renewals of the offer will extend the duration of the TIM Card by 13 months, starting from the date on which the activation or renewal takes place. During the thirteenth month, the service will only work for receiving calls and messages.
 

 Plan for personal use only. The customer must use the plan legally, in good faith and fairly and therefore must refrain from obtaining benefits other than those associated with normal use of the plan for interpersonal communication. For further information about personal use, please see the general terms and conditions of subscription and the rules for use.
 

• For plans, options and/or promotions with traffic including unlimited calls and/or texts to all numbers with no maximum minutes and/or texts, unless TIM is given proof showing otherwise, use in good faith is assumed as outgoing traffic no more than 18,000 minutes and/or 18,000 texts in a month.  If the above principles are not met, following notification to the customer, TIM reserves the right to 1) fully or partially suspend provision of the service being used, including by limiting connection speed and 2) apply the economic conditions of the customer’s basic plan. In this case, the customer may exercise the right to withdraw, free of charge, without prejudice to the obligation to pay the amounts due for the traffic generated.

Data
 

The offer includes 150GB of 5G Internet traffic on all APNs (ibox.tim.it, wap.tim.it) (GPRS/EDGE/LTE), of which 12GB are also valid in EU countries. The Giga traffic is calculated in advance in increments of 1KB.

• Once the Giga is exceeded, if the customer has no other active data options, browsing is blocked in Italy, while in roaming in EU countries a cost of 0.13 cents/MB i.i. applies.

• The offer is enabled for browsing with the 5G service profile, which allows a speed of up to 250 Mbps in download and 75 Mbps in upload. The 5G service profile is available on 5G devices and in areas covered by the TIM 5G network. Further details on tim.it/5g-tim .

• The connection speed depends not only on the parameters with which the offer is configured on the network, but also on the level of congestion of the mobile access network and the Internet, the server to which the customer is connected and the characteristics of the device used.

• The offer can be deactivated free of charge at any time online at tim.it by accessing the MyTIM section, by contacting Customer Service free of charge on 119 or 40916.


Unlimited Giga for 2 Months


This additional option is available when activating the main plan. It costs €9.99 one-time and offers unlimited Giga for 2 months.
It is available for new activations from December 1, 2025, to January 11, 2026.
Activation can be requested at TIM stores, by calling 40916 or Customer Service at 119, and by replying YES to all text messages sent when activating the main plan. Alternatively, you can request activation online by accessing the MyTIM section of the website.
Unlimited Giga has priority over the Giga included in the main plan, and 15 Giga per month of this data allowance is also valid in EU countries. Once you exceed 15 Giga, in the absence of other active data plans, roaming in EU countries costs 0.13 cents/MB (VAT included). Any GB not used in the reference period will be lost.
The option is enabled for browsing with the 5G ULTRA service profile, which offers speeds of up to 2Gbps download and 300Mbps upload and includes priority access to TIM's mobile network. The 5G ULTRA service profile is available on 5G devices and in areas covered by TIM's 5G network. Further details are available at https://www.tim.it/5g-tim
The option is for a limited period and will automatically deactivate at the end of the two-month period or, if the main offer ends, before the two-month period expires.
