Cost Breakdown

• The offer renews each month at the cost of €10.99, including VAT, with an activation fee of €5.
 

• On the web, the activation fee and first month are free. SIM €10, with €5 of traffic included.
 

•The 120GB offer is available by activating TIM Ricarica Automatica [TIM Automatic Top-Up], the free TIM service allowing payment for the line via direct debit, which must remain active for the entire duration of the offer. To find out more, click here. 

• If you choose to renew the plan using residual credit, the offer is for 100GB.
 

•  The TIM International New reduced rates for calls from Italy to the countries shown in the table, starting from 1 cent per minute, are limited to 1,000 minutes per month. Over and above this, the TIM basic international rates will apply. The TIM basic international rates also apply to countries not included in the table.
 

 • TIM Cards that have active offers with charges to residual credit must have sufficient credit at the end of the month to cover the cost of the plan’s monthly renewal.  If there is not enough credit on the TIM Card, the plan will be suspended and will be reactivated after the next top-up that brings the credit over or equal to the monthly cost of the plan. The suspension period will last for 180 days from the date of the first missed payment, after which the plan will be deactivated.
 

•  However, except for other active plans, any remaining credit on the TIM Card can still be used for browsing, making calls and sending text messages according to the terms of the basic plan. If the remaining credit is used up, the TIM Card can only receive calls and text messages and make emergency calls until the next top-up.
 

• If the Sempre Connesso service is active on the line and the credit has been used up, you can make calls, send text messages and browse in Italy and the EU for up to 2 consecutive days at the cost of €0.90/day. The above cost, for each day of effective use, will be charged at the next top-up. For more details, click here or call Customer Service at 119.
 

Once the valid EU roaming data has been used up, the cost is €0.184/MB, including VAT.

Offer Details

MINUTES and TEXTS

• The offer is valid for non-Italian customers who were born abroad, have prepaid mobile phone plans and who activate a new line.
 

• The minutes of traffic included in the offer are valid for national traffic and the roaming traffic generated from EU countries to all mobile numbers and all landline numbers in Italy and EU countries and do not contribute to the discount and bonus thresholds linked to other offers.
 

• Calls to Decade 1, 4 and 8 numbers and international calls made from Italy to EU countries and the Rest of the World are excluded.
 

• The talk minutes included in the offer are calculated using the effective seconds of talk without the set-up charge.
 

• For countries not included in the international minutes and for the minutes exceeding the package offer, the preferential rates of TIM International Base will be applied from Italy to abroad, the TIM offer reserved for foreign customers to talk at a preferential rate from Italy to Abroad is available at no cost upon activation of TIM International New and does not include monthly fees. • TIM basic international rates apply to countries not included in the table.
 

• In the event of deactivation of TIM International Base [TIM International Basic], the above international rates will apply for calls from Italy to Abroad.

• The offer can be used if there is credit on the TIM Card.
 

· Plan activation takes place within a maximum of 48 hours from the request.
 

•  The offer will be available within a maximum of 4 hours from midnight on the monthly payment date and will be confirmed by SMS. Any usage before confirmation of the offer’s availability is received will be charged according to the basic rate plan.
 

• Unused content will be lost at the end of the period.
 

· LoSai, ChiamaOra is included for free.
 

• Activation and subsequent renewals of the offer will extend the duration of the TIM Card by 13 months, starting from the date on which the activation or renewal takes place. During the thirteenth month, the service will only work for receiving calls and messages.
 

 Plan for personal use only. The customer must use the plan legally, in good faith and fairly and therefore must refrain from obtaining benefits other than those associated with normal use of the plan for interpersonal communication. For further information about personal use, please see the general terms and conditions of subscription and the rules for use.
 

• For plans, options and/or promotions with traffic including unlimited calls and/or texts to all numbers with no maximum minutes and/or texts, unless TIM is given proof showing otherwise, use in good faith is assumed as outgoing traffic no more than 18,000 minutes and/or 18,000 texts in a month.  If the above principles are not met, following notification to the customer, TIM reserves the right to 1) fully or partially suspend provision of the service being used, including by limiting connection speed and 2) apply the economic conditions of the customer’s basic plan. In this case, the customer may exercise the right to withdraw, free of charge, without prejudice to the obligation to pay the amounts due for the traffic generated.

Data
 

The offer, based on the chosen payment method, provides 250GB or 200GB of Internet traffic on all APNs (ibox.tim.it, wap.tim.it) (GPRS/EDGE/LTE), of which 23 GB is also valid in EU countries. GB of traffic are counted in advance unit increments of 1KB.
 

• Once the 8GB of EU roaming data have been used up, the cost is €0,13/MB, including VAT.

• Activation of the offer includes “Reserve Data”: once the data included in the offer in Italy has been used up, if you don’t have any other data offers active, you’ll have up to 1GB of Reserve which will allow you to continue browsing at €1.90 every 200 megabytes (up to a maximum of 1GB for a total amount of €9.50). You will receive an SMS notification when you have nearly used up the data included in your offers. Once the Reserve Data is used up, if you don’t have any other data offers active on your mobile line, data traffic will stop until more becomes available. •  The offer is enabled for navigation with the 5G service profile, which allows speeds of up to 250 Mbps in download and 75 Mbps in upload. The 5G service profile is available on 5G devices and in the areas covered by TIM 5G network tim.it/5g-tim.


• Connection speed depends on the parameters with which the plan is configured in the network and how congested the mobile access network and the Internet are, the server to which the customer is connected and the device being used.

50 GB Options


The 50 GB option is available when activating the TIM International plan and costs an additional €0.99 per month. Activation of the 50 GB option can be requested at TIM Stores, by calling Customer Service at 119, or by sending a text message to the customer upon activation of the TIM International plan, which will indicate the activation procedure.

• The 50 GB option can be deactivated at any time without any changes to the TIM International plan.
